Quick recipe: minced beef with shallots, green beans and piquillo peppers

- 600 g Rump steak, cut into strips
- 500 g fresh green beans (or frozen)
- 120 g piquillo peppers
- 4 beautiful shallots
- 25 g Butter
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon Neutral oil
- 1 dash of soy sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Trim the green beans and cook them in salted boiling water for 15 minutes.
- Heat the oil in the sauté pan. When hot, add the butter and immediately the beef strips. Stir well. When the strips are seized on all sides, season with salt and pepper and keep warm (under a lid or in the lukewarm oven).
- Peel and finely chop the shallots. Brown them in the meat juices for 5 min.
- Add the chopped piquillos.
- Mix and deglaze with a glass of water and a dash of soy sauce. Serve it all together.
