Rabbit with prunes easy and cheap

- 1 Rabbit cut into pieces
- 50 g Bacon
- 200 g Prunes
- 1 shallot
- 30 cl Chicken broth
- 1 tbsp. tablespoons Oil
- 1 knob Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Peel and mince the shallot. Fry the bacon bits in a small non-stick pan. Drain and reserve.
- Heat the oil in a pan and sweat the shallot. Add the rabbit pieces and brown them on all sides.
- Salt and pepper, add the bacon, for the broth, cover and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat.
- Add the prunes and continue cooking for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
Tip: serve with mashed potatoes.
