Red Tandoori Chicken

- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp. tandoori spices
- 1 plain yogurt
- 1 Lemon
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp. tablespoons Oil
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger
- Salt
- Peel and grate the ginger. Peel and mince the garlic. Squeeze the lemon and for its juice into a bowl. Mix with the tandoori powder, yogurt, grated ginger, minced garlic, oil and a little salt.
- Arrange the chicken thighs in an oven dish, incise them and coat them with the spice preparation. Turn the pieces in the marinade to impregnate them on all sides, then cover and leave to marinate for at least 4 hours in the fridge.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (th.6/7) then put in the oven and cook for 35 to 40 min. Serve hot with basmati rice.
Tip: you can cook the chicken thighs on the barbecue.
