
Roast pork with garlic and thyme, fingerlings in the oven
Ingredients

- 1 pork roast, 1.2 kg, in the tenderloin
- 800 g fingerling potatoes
- 1 head of pink garlic
- 4 sprigs of thyme
- 10 cl white wine
- 20 g Butter
- 1 tbsp. tablespoons Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Heat the butter and oil in a sauté pan.
- Put the roast in it to brown on all sides. Salt, pepper.
- Place the roast in a baking dish. Deglaze the skillet with the wine.
- Bring to a boil, scraping up the cooking juices.
- Detach the garlic cloves. Pour them into the dish all around the roast.
- Add thyme, potatoes, wine. Salt, pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 40 min at 200°C (th. 6/7).
