Roast veal with dried fruit

- 1 roast veal
- 50 g Raisins
- 1 red onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (th.6). Peel and mince the onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a pan and sweat the onion. Add the roast and brown it on all sides.
- Place the roast and the onions in an oven dish, add the garlic, salt, pepper, for a little water at the bottom of the dish then bake for 25 minutes.
- Add the raisins and continue cooking for about 10 minutes.
- Tip: Allow about 20 to 25 minutes of cooking time per pound of meat.
