Roasted marinated chicken thighs

- 8 Chicken thighs
- 1 onion
- 1 large orange bell pepper
- 50 g Roasted cashew nuts
- 100 ml Kikkoman Garlic Confit Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons Oil
- Preheat the oven th.6-7 (200°C). Arrange the chicken thighs and the peeled and sliced onion in a large gratin dish. Drizzle with a few drops of oil and cook for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, put the peeled, seeded and cut pepper in the casserole dish and drizzle with teriyaki sauce with candied garlic.
- Put back in the oven for another 15 minutes, then sprinkle with cashews and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Serve with roasted sweet potatoes or rice.
