
Sauteed Pork with Peppers and Bean Sprouts
Ingredients

- 500 g pork loin
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- A few bean sprouts
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 sprig of thyme
- Olive oil
- Pepper
- Salt
- Peel and dice the onion, then brown it with a little olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- After a few minutes, add the pork loin cut into pieces.
- Then slice the peppers and for them into the mixture with the bean sprouts, the sprig of thyme and the bay leaf.
- Wet with the equivalent of 1/2 glass of water, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and simmer for ten minutes.
- Don't forget to remove the sprig of thyme and the bay leaf before serving, accompanied by rice or Chinese noodles.
The trick: if you want to give your stir-fry even more flavor, add broth or meat stock diluted in water.
