Sauteed veal and chorizo

- 850 g Sautéed veal
- 1 beautiful chorizo
- 800 g Tomatoes
- 180 g pitted green olives
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 Onions
- 2 Potatoes
- 2 bunches of cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
- 4 sprigs of thyme
- a few sprigs of marjoram
- Salt
- Pepper
- Remove the skin from the chorizo and cut it into slices. Peel and chop the onions and garlic cloves.
- Scald the tomatoes, cool them, peel them and cut them into cubes.
- Cut the potatoes into small pieces.
- In a saucepan, heat the olive oil.
- Add the pieces of veal and the slices of chorizo.
- Season with salt and pepper and sauté for 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring regularly.
- Add the minced garlic and onion to the pot.
- Sweat for 5 minutes, then add the thyme, tomatoes and potatoes.
- Sprinkle with 10 cl of water, cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
- Add the marjoram and green olives, then continue cooking for about 20 minutes.
- Serve with the bunches of cherry tomatoes.
Tip: You can also use this recipe with filet mignon.
