
Savory pie with mushrooms Trumpet of Death
Ingredients

- 150 g flour
- 75 g butter
- 2 tbsp. fresh cream
- 1 C. flax seeds
- 1 pinch of salt
- 500 g Trumpet of Death mushrooms
- 3 eggs
- 20 cl liquid fresh cream
- 1 C. olive oil
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 3 peeled garlic cloves
- 50 g butter
- salt and pepper
- In a salad bowl,for the flour and the salt, add the softened butter and the fresh cream. Add flax seeds.
- Mix everything well until you get a smooth paste. Roll up and keep refrigerated for 30 mins.
- After letting your pie dough pause, darken the pie tin (if you are using a commercial crust, roll it out in the tin).
- Mix the parsley, garlic and butter. Wash the mushrooms as they often contain soil in their trunks.
- Fry the mushrooms in a pan with olive oil, then add the minced garlic and parsley.
- In a bowl, break the eggs, add the cream, salt and pepper. Beat everything with the whisk.
- Place the mushrooms on the pie crust, then for the creamy mixture over it.
- Bake for 30 minutes in the oven preheated to 180°C, your savory pie with mushrooms Trompette de la Mort.
