Scallops with cream

- 12 scallops
- 4 thin slices smoked bacon
- 25 cl Liquid cream
- 30 g Butter
- flower of salt
- Ground pepper
- In a skillet, foam the butter cut into pieces over medium heat.
- Sear the scallops for 1 min on each side over high heat.
- For in the liquid cream, salt and pepper generously and continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes. Book covered.
- In another pan, grill the smoked bacon for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Serve the scallops topped with cream accompanied by a slice of bacon per person.
