Scrambled eggs with spinach and shrimp

- 4 Eggs
- 300 g spinach
- 2 tbsp. Milk
- 12 cooked shrimps
- 20 g butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Trim, rinse and drain the spinach. Heat the butter in a frying pan and drop the spinach in. Add salt and pepper and set aside. In their place, brown the shrimp. Set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk and a little salt and pepper. Pour into the pan and stir for 3 to 5 minutes. When they are almost cooked, add the shrimps and spinach. Add salt and pepper, finish cooking and serve.
