Skewer of scallops with Bayonne ham

- 24 Small scallops
- 6 slices Bayonne ham
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
- 4 sprigs of dill
- flower of salt
- Ground pepper
- Prepare 8 skewers.
- Cut the Bayonne ham into 24 strips, coat each scallop.
- Prick 3 scallops on each wooden skewer. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with fleur de sel and pepper.
- Heat the plancha or barbecue.
- Sear the skewers 2 to 3 min on each side. Serve immediately, sprinkled with chopped dill.
