Skewer of strawberries with goat cheese coulis of balsamic vinegar

- 12 large strawberries
- 100 g Small billy type goat cheese
- Pepper
- 10 cl balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Sugar
- 12 Small wooden spades
- Rinse the strawberries, cut them in 3 without removing the stem.
- Mix the goat cheese with the pepper and smooth everything.
- Reconstitute the strawberries by alternating fruit and cheese on wooden skewers.
- Place them in the fridge.
- Heat the balsamic vinegar with the sugar until you obtain a syrupy coulis.
- Serve the strawberries accompanied by the balsamic coulis for an aperitif that changes from the ordinary
