- 2 slices smoked salmon
- 1 large zucchini
- 1 tbsp. Honey
- 1 tbsp. tablespoons Oil
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. tablespoons sesame seeds
- 50 g crushed peanuts
- Cut the salmon slices into strips. Rinse the zucchini and cut it into thin slices.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the zucchini slices. Cook for 2 minutes over high heat, then add the salmon. Lower the heat and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix the honey and soy sauce in a bowl. For into the pan, stir well to coat all the contents. Add the sesame seeds and mix.
- Sprinkle with peanuts and serve.
