- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 8 leek whites
- 20 cl Heavy cream
- 80 g grated cheese
- 1 knob of butter
- 1 pinch grated nutmeg
- Preheat the oven to th 6 (180°C).
- Wash and chop the leek. In a skillet, foam the butter and melt the leeks for 10 min.
- Add cream and cheese, then season with salt and pepper. Mix and sprinkle with grated nutmeg. Divide this preparation into individual gratin moulds.
- Cut the dough into 4 discs of about 12 cm and cover each mold with these discs. Bake for 25 minutes and enjoy hot with white meat.
