
Spinach and feta quiche

- 8 pastry sheets
- 400 g frozen creamed spinach
- 150 g Feta
- 2 eggs
- 20g Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Thaw the spinach in the microwave or in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Place the pastry sheets one after the other in a pie dish protected with a sheet of parchment paper, brushing them each time with a little melted butter with a brush.
- Pre-cook for 7 to 8 minutes, placing baking beads on top to prevent the brick sheets from warping. Take out of the oven and then remove the baking beads.
- Coarsely crumble the feta.
- Mix the spinach with the eggs, salt and pepper. Pour this mixture over the pastry sheets and sprinkle with crumbled feta.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
