
Spring rolls with Boursin® Creamy Basil & Chives, chicken and avocado
Ingredients
Instructions
- 2 chicken breasts
- 12 sheets of rice
- 2 lawyers
- 1/4 red cabbage
- 100 g rice vermicelli
- 1 jar of Basil & Creamy Boursin Chive
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For the sauce:
- 1 tsp miso
- 1 tbsp of water
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tsp of honey
- 3 tbsp sesame oil (or olive oil)
- In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and cook the chicken breasts over low heat.
- Leave to cool and cut into strips.
- Place the rice vermicelli in a bowl and cover with hot water. Let swell for 5 minutes. Drain and reserve.
- Peel the avocados and cut them into slices. Chop the red cabbage.
- Prepare the spring rolls. Dip the rice cakes in hot water and place them on a kitchen towel.
- Place the avocado slices, cabbage, rice vermicelli in the center.
- Add Boursin® Onctueux Basil & Chives and the chicken strips. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
- Prepare the sauce by emulsifying all the ingredients.
- Serve the spring rolls with the sauce.
