Steamed tuna with basmati rice

- 4 slices white tuna (albacore)
- 200 g Basmati rice
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 chopped onions
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 sweet green pepper
- 2 limes
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon Tomato paste
- 15 cl White wine
- 1 tbsp. teaspoon Grated fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp. curry soup
- 4 sprigs of flat-leaf parsley
- 50 g Butter
- Salt
- Ground pepper
- Peel, remove the seeds from the tomatoes and cut them into strips.
- Wipe the chilli, remove the seeds and cut it into small dice.
- Melt the butter in a casserole. Add the onions, garlic and green chilli to sweat for 5 min.
- Then add the curry, ginger, tomato paste and mix. Let cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the slices of tuna, the tomato strips, the juice of a lemon, the white wine and 10 cl of water. Add salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook for 20 to 25 minutes over low heat.
- Cook the rice uncovered in one and a half times its volume of lightly salted boiling water for about 10 minutes.
- Coarsely chop the parsley. Cut the last lime into slices.
- Drain the rice and keep it warm. Arrange the slices of tuna on a platter.
- Add the cooking sauce, lemon slices and sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve with rice.
