Stir-fried turkey with carrots

- 400 g Turkey stir-fry
- 6 Carrots
- 1 box of button mushrooms
- 2 shallots
- 25 cl White wine
- 20 cl Liquid fresh cream
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons Hui olive
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dice the turkey stir-fry. Chop the shallots.
- Brown the meat and the shallots in an oiled skillet.
- Peel, wash and cut the carrots into sticks and add them to the turkey stir-fry. Season with salt and pepper and continue cooking over medium heat.
- Sprinkle with the white wine and 25 cl of water. Let simmer over medium heat.
- At the end of cooking (when the carrots are almost cooked), add the drained mushrooms, the fresh cream and the cornstarch, then mix. Cook for another 5 to 10 minutes, stirring gently.
