Strawberry marmelade

- 600 g Strawberries
- 3 tbsp. raspberry jelly
- Lime(/2)
- 2 tbsp. tbsp icing sugar
- Rinse the strawberries, pat them dry and cut them in half. Put them in a terrine.
- Dust them with icing sugar and drizzle with lime juice.
- Mix gently, cover with cling film and leave to macerate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Slightly heat the raspberry jelly to make it just liquid.
- Mix the strawberries with the raspberry jelly.
- For the preparation into verrines and reserve for 1 hour in the refrigerator before serving.
