- 1 kg ripe tomatoes
- 2 medium onions
- 1 can of tomato puree
- 20 cl fresh cream
- Olive oil
- Fresh basilic
- Salt and pepper
- Wash the tomatoes, cut them in 4. Peel the onions and roughly chop them.
- Place the tomatoes, the sliced onion and the tomato paste inside the bowl of the device and launch the "mixer" program for 30 seconds at speed 6.
- Season with salt and pepper and run the "Varoma" program for 10 mins at 100°C at speed 2.
- Add the fresh cream and run the "mixer" program again for 10 seconds at speed 4.
- Serve hot with a drizzle of olive oil and a few fresh basil leaves.
Tip: you can also serve the soup cold as a gazpacho.
