Three pepper terrine

- 3 peppers (yellow, red, green)
- 200 g Log of goat cheese
- 10 cl Whole liquid cream
- 5 sheets of gelatine (10 g)
- 500 g Fresh cheese
- Salt
- Mixed peppers from the mill
- Roast the peppers under the broiler until the skin blackens.
- Put them in a plastic bag for 10 minutes. Peel them, cut them into strips and dry them.
- Crush the goat cheese log (without the crust) with a fork.
- Soften the gelatin in cold water, then drain it. Heat the cream, add the gelatin and mix well.
- Mix them with the cream cheese, goat cheese, salt and pepper.
- Line a cake tin with stretch film. Garnish it with strips of peppers and for half of the mixture.
- Make a second identical layer. Cover with peppers. Smooth, fold the stretch film and reserve in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
