Tian of sardines with Provence herbs

- 1 kg Sardines
- 3 Onions
- 3 Zucchini
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 Lemons
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tbsp. Herbes de Provence coffee
- Salt
- Pepper
- Scale, empty the sardines, remove the central bone then rinse and pat them dry.
- Peel and slice the onions.
- Rinse and slice the zucchini, tomatoes and lemons.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (th. 6-7). Alternate zucchini, tomatoes, sardines, onions in an oiled oven dish.
- Drizzle each layer with oil, salt, pepper and sprinkle with Herbes de Provence. Finish with slices of lemon. Bake for 25 mins.
- Serve the tian warm or cold.
