Tuna and zucchini with ginger

- 1 tuna steak 2.5 cm thick
- 1 zucchini
- 1 tbsp. tablespoons white (and black) sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp. teaspoon Fresh peeled ginger (and grated)
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Trim the ends of the zucchini, cut into cubes. Heat 1 tbsp. at s. of oil in a wok, brown the zucchini with the ginger, salt and pepper for 10 minutes, stirring.
- The cubes should be cooked but still crunchy.
- Mix the sesame, a little salt and pepper on a plate. Pass the tuna on each side in the mixture. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan, cook the steak on each side between 1 minute and 1 minute 30. Serve immediately.
