Turkey curry with Coco Milk

- 4 Turkey Cutlets
- 20 cl coconut milk
- 1 Lime
- 1 tbsp. curry soup
- 1 tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tbsp. Nuoc mam soup
- 1 bird pepper
- 4 tbsp. Peanuts
- 4 sprigs of cilantro
- Slice the turkey cutlets into strips. Deseed and crumble the chilli. Rinse the lemon and grate its zest in a skillet. Add the coconut milk, curry, nuoc-mâm, sugar and chilli. Bring to the boil and simmer for 1 min.
- Add the turkey to the pan, then cook for 7 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Sprinkle with crushed peanuts and chopped coriander. Serve hot with Thai rice.
Tip: You can add a few peppers to give your dish a touch of color.
