
Turkey leg with potatoes

- 1 Turkey leg
- 600 g Small potatoes with firm flesh
- 3 sprigs of thyme
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
- 15 cl Chicken broth
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 30 g Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6).
- Place the turkey leg in an oven dish, add the whole garlic clove, the crumbled rosemary and thyme, salt, pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
- For in the broth and bake for about 50 minutes.
- Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cook them for 10 minutes in salted water.
- Drain then cut them into slices. Heat the butter in a pan, add the potatoes, salt and pepper and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring often.
- Place the turkey leg on a dish, surround with the potatoes and serve immediately.
Tip: serve with a green salad.
You can make the recipe with a roast turkey (reduce the cooking time to 40 min).
