- 2 cloves of garlic
- 100 g onions
- 100 g carrots
- 70 g celery
- 0.4 g dried red chillies
- 30 ml olive oil
- 360 g green-brown lentils (dry)
- 170 ml vegetable stock
- 125 ml red wine
- 23 ml tomato paste
- salt
- pepper
- 300 g vegetarian smoked sausages
- 10 g parsley
- Prepare the vegetables: Finely chop the garlic, onion, carrot and celery. Chop the red pepper.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Fry the vegetables and the chilli for 2-3 minutes until they
- Be a little tender. Add the lentils and cook for 1 min, stirring.
- For in the broth, wine and tomato paste. Bring everything to a boil, cover, and simmer

- Alternatively, sauté them in a very hot ridged pan, then cut them in half and place on the lentils. Cover and cook for another 5 min.
