- 400 g beef steak
- 400 g Rice noodles
- 1 Lime
- 1 small sweet pepper
- 2 cm of ginger
- 2 tbsp. coriander
- 2 tbsp. Chives
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 2 tbsp. tamari soup
- Chop the chives and coriander, cut the lime in 4.
- Divide these ingredients into 4 bowls. Bring 1 L of water to the boil with the vegetable broth, the piece of peeled ginger, the chilli and the tamari. Let simmer for 15 minutes.
- Cut the beef into thin strips, cook the rice noodles according to the manufacturer's instructions. Add the rice noodles and beef to the bowls then for in the very hot broth. Mix. Wait 1 min and serve.
