Instructions
- 1 cup ground almonds
- 1 cup chopped zucchini
- ½ cup acacia honey
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 2 eggs
- The zest of half a lemon
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Beat the eggs vigorously in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly for a few minutes.
- Form balls the size of a walnut.
- Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Gently press down on each ball to flatten them slightly.
- Bake for about twenty minutes. Leave to cool before eating.
