“Ham and butter” revisited

- 200 g Country baguette
- 150 g Roast cooked like a ham
- 20 g semi-salted organic butter
- 4 pink radishes
- 4 pickles
- 1 Small handful of young shoots (arugula (mesclun, spinach, watercress, lamb’s lettuce, basil…depending on the season))
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cut the roast into very thin slices.
- Wash radishes and young shoots.
- Open the baguette in half, remove a little of the crumb, then spread the butter on the two pieces of bread. Arrange the lettuce leaves, the sliced radishes, the slices of roast on the bottom bread.
- Salt and pepper, close the sandwich, wrap it well and keep it cool until the meal.
