Apple Cider Pork

- 1.5 kg Roast pork
- 1 Apple
- 2 Onions minced
- 20 cl Raw cider
- 1 tbsp. liquid honey
- 1 tbsp. five-spice soup
- 1 tbsp. Paprika coffee
- Salt
- Ground pepper
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (th. 5/6). Remove the core from the apple, then cut it into slices. Slash the pork roast to insert the apple rings.
- Put the roast in a casserole then sprinkle with salt, pepper, five-spice and paprika. Add the onions, honey and for the cider over it. Cover and bake for 3 hours.
- Serve hot, accompanied by mashed cauliflower.
