Natural Breton lobster

- 1 Breton lobster of 600 g
- 80 g Unsalted butter
- Sprigs of parsley (a little)
- Sprigs of chives (a little)
- flower of salt
- Ground pepper
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (th. 6-7). Wash the herbs and chop them.
- Place the lobster on the baking sheet and bake halfway up for 15 minutes.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the chopped herbs. Mix.
- After cooking, open the lobster lengthwise using a knife, sticking the blade into the head.
- Place the lobster in a serving dish, meat side up and drizzle with the herb butter. Sprinkle with fleur de sel and pepper. Enjoy hot.
- Tip: You can accompany this dish with baby potatoes and a mixed salad.
