Fried noodles with broccoli

- 250 g Chinese noodles (or fresh tagliatelle)
- 1 Broccoli
- 150g button mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. pine nuts
- 10 cl Liquid cream
- 1 untreated lemon
- 1 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Take the zest from the lemon with a paring knife and cut it into filaments.
- Squeeze the fruit to collect the juice.
- Rinse, dry the broccoli and cut it into small bouquets. Blanch them for a few minutes.
- Rinse the mushrooms, cut them into strips and sprinkle them with lemon juice.
- Brown the pine nuts in a nonstick skillet.
- Mix and heat the cream. Add lemon juice and strands.
- Salt a little, pepper.
- Cook the pasta for 3 minutes in salted boiling water. Drain them.
- Serve with lemon curd, broccoli florets, mushrooms and pine nuts.
