Goat cheese pizza

- 250 g pizza dough
- 150 g semi-salted bacon bits
- 1 Log of goat cheese
- 150 g Fresh goat cheese
- 0.5 Bunch of chives
- 1 pepper
- 1 tbsp. Flour
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
- Pepper
- Preheat the oven to th. 8 (240°C). Boil the bacon for 2 minutes, cool and drain.
- Open the pepper, remove seeds and partitions, cut it into strips. Cut the goat cheese log into slices.
- Roll out the pizza dough and place it on a floured baking sheet, rolling up the edges.
- Spread the fresh goat cheese on the dough, pepper.
- Garnish with slices of goat cheese log, peppers and bacon bits and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20 minutes in the oven. Sprinkle with chopped chives, then serve.
