- 1 Pineapple
- 1 Mango
- 2 passion fruit
- 2 Meringues
- 70g cane sugar
- 0.25 l Mango sorbet
- Peel the pineapple, remove the fibrous core and cut the pulp into small dice.
- Peel the mango, remove the core and also detail the pulp into small dice.
- Open the passion fruit and collect the seeds. Mix them with the sugar.
- Coarsely crumble the meringues. Divide them among 6 verrines.
- Divide the fruit and set aside in the fridge.
- Serve with a scoop of sorbet.
