Salmon cubes with flax seeds

- 125 g Salmon steak
- 0.5 egg white
- 4 tbsp. coffee Golden flax seeds
- Salt
- Peppercorns
- Cut the salmon fillet into large cubes. Arrange the flax seeds in a deep dish.
- Beat the egg white with a fork in another deep plate, season with salt and pepper.
- Pass the salmon cubes in the egg white, then roll all sides in the seeds.
- Fry the salmon cubes in a very hot non-stick pan on each side to brown them well.
- Present with a green salad.
