Green beans with garlic and chopped herbs

- 400 g Fresh green beans
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 small bunch of parsley
- 12 sprigs of chives
- 25 g Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Stalk the green beans and place them in a large volume of salted boiling water for 15 minutes of cooking.
- Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the garlic, chop the parsley leaves and the chives.
- Drain the beans.
- In a large skillet over high heat, melt the butter. When it is sparkling, add the chopped garlic, then the beans and herbs. Salt, pepper.
- Mix well then sauté the mixture for a few minutes. Let the beans brown slightly, then serve immediately.
