Marinated beef skewers with southern accents (chorizo, pepper and red onion)

- 1 kg - 1kg200 of grilled beef (here rump steak)
- 1 Lean Chorizo
- 0.5 Yellow bell pepper
- 0.5 Green pepper
- 0.5 red onion
For the pickle :
- 6 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tbsp. tbsp Flower of salt
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon Freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp. Herbes de Provence coffee
- 2 tbsp. coffee Rosemary
- 2 tbsp. thyme coffee
- 2 tbsp. Garlic semolina
- 2 tbsp. Paprika coffee
- Put all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl and mix well. Cut the meat into cubes of the same size then place in the salad bowl and mix well so that each cube of meat is covered with the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
- Cut the peppers and red onion into meat-sized cubes. Remove the skin from the chorizo and cut into slices.
- Alternate pieces of vegetables, chorizo and marinated meat on the skewers. Cook on the barbecue or on the plancha according to your cooking preferences.
