Bowl-pancakes to share in Normandy

- 200 g Buckwheat flour (buckwheat)
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon Wheat heart wheat flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 40 cl Water
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. coffee Oil (corn for example)
For garnish :
- 2 small camemberts of 150 g (wooden box)
- Dried fruits (raisins…)
- spices of your choice (ginger)
- Mix the flours with the egg yolk then add the water until a thick paste is obtained.
- Whisk the egg white with the salt.
- Stir into the mixture, add oil and water, if necessary, then leave to stand for one hour.
- Prepare the camemberts: remove the original paper then replace it with aluminum foil.
- Split the crust, place the boxes in the preheated oven thermostat 7 then let melt for 15 minutes, they will be creamy in the middle.
- To book.
- Then prepare eight patties in a very hot and oiled frying pan then roll up four of them, tightly.
- For training: there, we are the chef! In the bowl, place two pancakes then in the center the hot camembert.
- Cut the pancakes into fairly thick slices then present them with the fork, for dipping!
- Candlemas or Shrove Tuesday, let the party begin!
