Breaded chicken fillets

- 4 Small chicken fillets
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 40 g Shelled hazelnuts
- 30 g Breadcrumbs
- 50 g Flour
- 1 tbsp. tablespoons Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Flatten the chicken fillets. Break the egg into a plate and whisk with the milk, salt and pepper.
- Mix the hazelnuts with the breadcrumbs and for the mixture into a plate. Put the flour on another plate.
- Dip the chicken fillets successively in the flour, then the beaten egg and the breadcrumb/hazelnut mixture.
- Heat the oil in a sauté pan and cook the breaded fillets for about 5 minutes on each side.
- Tip: serve with lemon wedges and linguine.
