- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp. tablespoons Oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 spring onion
- 15 cl coconut milk
- 2 tbsp. tbsp stirred yogurt
- 1 pinch Coriander powder
- 1 pinch Chilli powder
- A few sprigs of parsley
- Cut the chicken breasts into strips. Peel and slice the onion (including the green stem).
- Heat the oil in a sauté pan and sweat the onion. Add the chicken strips and brown them on all sides.
- Sprinkle with coriander, add the garlic and chilli then for in the yogurt and coconut milk. Salt, mix and cook gently for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
Tip: serve with rice. You can replace the parsley with fresh cilantro.
