Crozet gratin with mushrooms

- 200g Crozets
- 250g button mushrooms
- 10 cl Cream
- 10g Butter
- 40g Auvergne blue cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cook the crozets in salted boiling water for the time indicated on the packaging.
- Meanwhile, clean and slice the mushrooms then brown them in a hot pan with the butter. Add salt and pepper.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (th.6/7). Drain the crozets and pour them into the pan. Add the cream and mix.
- For everything into a gratin dish then sprinkle with blue cheese cut into strips. Bake 15 to 20 mins. Serve hot.
