- 4 large apples
- 150g Flour
- 150g Butter
- 150g Powdered sugar
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Peel the apples, core them and cut them into pieces.
- Mix together and by hand, the butter cut into strips, the flour and the powdered sugar in a bowl to obtain a sandy paste.
- Put the apples in a gratin dish and sprinkle them with the butter-flour-sugar mixture, crumbling it with your fingers.
- Bake for 35 mins.
