Grilled prawns

- 16 peeled raw prawns (tails on)
- 1 pot of plain stirred yogurt
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. tomato purée
- 1 pinch of turmeric
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon
- fresh coriander
- salt pepper
- Squeeze the lemon into a bowl. Dilute the tomato puree, add the olive oil and mix. Salt and pepper, add the turmeric and the pressed garlic.
- Coat the prawns with this marinade, cover with cling film and leave to marinate for at least 20 minutes in the fridge.
- Heat the plancha. Drain the prawns, place them on the hot plate and cook for 5 minutes on each side.
- Mix 1 pot of stirred yogurt with the marinade remaining in the bowl, chop the coriander.
- Serve the prawns hot with the yoghurt sauce.
