- 8 slices 20 g each of foie gras
- 4 tbsp. onion confit
- Salt
- Pepper
- Spread the crumb of the base of your mini burger buns with onion confit.
- Top with a slice of foie gras.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Close your mini-burgers and hold them with a wooden pick.
