Seychellois style turkey leg

- 2 turkey thighs, 400g each
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 Onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 untreated lemon
- 4 tbsp. tablespoon Tomato coulis
- 1 bouquet garni
- 3 tbsp. tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp. curry soup
- Salt
- Pepper
- Preheat the oven to 210°C.
- Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters. Wash the lemon and cut it into slices. Peel and chop the garlic cloves and onions.
- Fry the turkey thighs over medium heat in an ovenproof casserole, a few minutes on each side with a little fat.
Add the tomatoes, the slices of lemon, the chopped garlic and onion, the tomato coulis, the soy sauce, the powdered sugar, the - curry and the bouquet garni to the casserole. Salt, pepper and mix.
- Bake for 45 minutes, basting with the sauce regularly.
