Stuffed chicken wings and thighs

- 1 Chicken
- 50 g Bacon
- 1 onion
- 1 Bunch of parsley
- 1 bunch of sage
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Detach the thighs and the wings (with the whites). Chop the rest of the chicken flesh with the peeled onion, the rinsed and dried parsley leaves and the bacon. Salt, pepper, set aside.
- Bone the thighs and wings. Spread the flesh flat, leaving the skin on the outside. Line with sage leaves, then a thin layer of stuffing, salt, pepper. Roll everything tightly, hold with twine.
- Cook the rolls in olive oil for 30 minutes in a non-stick pan, turning them regularly so that they are golden brown on all sides.
Serve with sautéed mushrooms.
