Super Simple Roast Pork Casserole

- 1 Pork loin roast
- 1 onion
- 4 sage leaves
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- 10 cl white wine
- 0.5 chicken stock tablet
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dissolve the half tablet of broth in about 30 cl of simmering water. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sweat the peeled and minced onion. Add the roast and brown it on all sides.
- Sprinkle the roast with the white wine, add the sage and bay leaves then for the broth.
- Salt lightly, pepper then leave to simmer again for about 1 hour. Serve directly in the casserole.
