Veal cutlet with cream and paprika

- 2 veal cutlets
- 200g button mushrooms
- 20 cl Liquid fresh cream
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tbsp. Paprika coffee
- Salt
- Ground pepper
- Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil. Cook the veal cutlets, then set aside.
- Add the sliced mushrooms, fry them for a few minutes. For in the fresh cream to deglaze and leave to bubble for a few moments.
- Cover the cutlets with sauce. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper.
Tip: For a heartier meal, serve this recipe with fresh tagliatelle.
