White Christmas sausage, lamb’s lettuce and truffles

- 4 white sausages
- 40 g Unsalted butter
- 150 g Lamb's lettuce
- 1 small truffle
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Heat the butter in a skillet. Sear the sausages for 10 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown. Add salt and pepper.
- Wash and dry the lamb's lettuce, then put it in a salad bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar, stir gently. Salt and pepper the salad.
- Thinly slice the truffle into strips. Add them to the seasoned mash.
- Serve the sausages hot with the truffle salad.
